Very personal service who called to verify who the bouquet was for and what the circumstances were. They then advised me on the best solution and made up a stunning arrangement in a box that would last.Very helpful, kind and friendly staff who listened to what I needed and came up with a beautiful arrangement to mark the 1st Anniversary of my mother-in-law passing. The service was simple to use, payment straight forward, and arrived same day as requested! Would have no issues using these again.I did ask for cat friendly flowers if possible, but did get lillies in the bunch, however, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and lasted so long as well! If there was a 15 star rating, I would certainly be giving it. Wonderful organisation that I most certainly will be using again and again. Everything, and more than what I requested for a very special 80th birthday celebration was done to perfection! The cost, especially in the rising costs we are experiencing at the moment, was within my range. The quality of the blooms were first class. The design was excellent and included my extra request. The delivery was perfect in every way and most importantly of all......the recipient was thrilled to bits and there were tears of joy at how beautiful the display was. All at the celebrations thought this was superb also! Thank you so very much to the florist who did this display. An all round Excellent job done to full satisfaction!! Thank you.

Great service highly recommendI have used Leonora Rose on several occasions and they have never let me down. The flowers are always beautiful, they always clearly understand what I have asked for. A great example of these is when I asked them to add Lilly's to a bouquet as they are my wife's favourite flower and they nailed it. Their delivery service is always prompt and never late. Very reliable and I highly recommend them if you want to buy someone flowers for any occasion.

To my surprise, I received a text message from my daughter to say she???d received the flowers & were delivered by lunchtime!! (flowers were not in a basket as I thought they would be from original chosen flowers - understand that flowers can vary) but I was assured that they were the most beautiful flowers she???d ever received!! I have used Leonora Rose in person many times and it has been great however, on this occasion i decided to order a balloon and flowers for my friends 40th birthday. They turned up with a 21 balloon and said 'oh your not 21' they did come back with a 40 balloon but my friend had to go out so it was left with a neighbour. It put a downer on the whole surprise.lovely flowers but initally wrong number balloon delivered.

I live in Australia and needed a bunch of flowers delivered to my niece whom just delivered a beautiful baby girl living in Leeds UK , I was a bit nervous about ordering a flowers online Internationally, I and my niece could not be more happier with the most amazing bunch of beautiful pink flowers and a cute teddy bear that Leonora Rose had put together and even tied a pink ???it???s a girl??? balloon with the delivery. Think Leonora rose are the best by far florist. The flowers were gorgeous and the bunch was bigger than I expected (I chose medium) but they were delivered to the neighbour who then left a note for my mum to come and get them. Even though my Mum was delighted, I was disappointed that she didn't have the experience of opening the door to a big bunch of flowers.

I ordered two displays of flowers for the reception at work and they were beautiful and lasted for two weeks + I also asked at the same time if they could do a little basket of flowers for my 8 year old granddaughter as she was in a show and I thought it would be lovely for her to receive some flowers for the first time. she was delighted with them and so was I . My daughter-in-law was thrilled with the flowers &amp; the card which showed a picture of the bouquet. She sent me a picture &amp; the flowers were exactly as shown on the website. The only downside was when the flowers were delivered the delivery person stated my name instead of my daughter-in-law's which caused a bit of confusion &amp; spoiled the surprise a little. This florist was not my original choice however the first I chose which was close to where my sister lives rejected my order. The flowers delivered by Leonora Rose looked fresh, varied, textural with a good colour palette, they were nice and crisply wrapped and were delivered on time. Very pleased overall.
